Hannah Garcia has long considered the Sea to Sky home, having grown up between Vancouver and Whistler before returning over two decades ago to raise her family. She earned her law degree in California before transitioning into real estate more than 16 years ago. Today, she specializes in single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes, helping clients throughout Whistler and Pemberton find the right property for every stage of life. Her thoughtful, analytical approach brings clarity and confidence to every transaction.

Known for her diligence and clear communication, Hannah remains a trusted resource long after a sale is complete. Her established relationships throughout the region provide clients with valuable insight and a unique local perspective. Outside of real estate, Hannah enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a dedicated supporter of Covenant House Vancouver, donating a portion of every real estate commission. Beyond her financial support, she participates in the Sleep Out initiative, volunteers in the organization’s kitchen, and mentors youth.
